Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie for their kitchen with a focus on their event and function catering.
This is a very exciting role with opportunities and benefits and definite progression for the ambitious candidate. The company caters to a whole host of private and corporate events for large national companies and no two days are the same, catering for numbers ranging from 100’s to 1000’s. The menus are all tailored to the guest’s requests so you will be able to learn many new things and develop your cooking skills.
This is a quality food operation, whilst catering for a high volume. This is a large kitchen and you will be apart of the team ensuring the food is cooked and presented well on your given tasks working with the Sous chefs and Head chef directly.
Most importantly they need a team player who will do whatever is necessary to make sure that the kitchen runs like a well-oiled machine. You will need to be coachable, a good timekeeper, keen to cook good food and always pushing to learn more or alternative ways of cooking.
This position would suit a Strong Commis Chef or Chef de Partie ideally wanting career progression within the large business/ possibly branded Hotels, Cruise Ships and or Events.

• Basic salary up to 25K
• Straights and split shifts
