Our client has an immediate opening for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join this new restaurant opening in the town center of Henley. They are looking for talented chefs with good backgrounds within fresh food kitchens.
They are looking for an all-around team player that can work well in their team. The ideal Chef de Partie will have a real drive to produce and learn modern cuisine and fantastic food presentation. You will also be able to adapt to a seasonal menu using various techniques and cusines. The menu will be ala carte, but also focussing on quirky small plate dishes to pair with wines.
The chosen Chef de partie will work closely with the Head Chef who is very hands-on in the kitchen. You will be managing the day-to-day running of their assigned section. You will have the opportunity to have your ideas included in the menus working with top-notch local suppliers and producers in the area.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie within a quality freshfood establishment with a keen passion for progression.
