Our client is looking for an ambitious Chef de partie for this unique Gastro pub property. Their talented Head chef is looking for like mined Chefs to complete his team.
This is a privately owned pub with fantastic owners. They offer straight and split shifts. No crazy hours 45-50 max per week. Non-shouting kitchen and happy.
As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be professional, and have a Calm manner, clean, organized, Have a passion for food and your career to progress. On a daily basis, you will be trained and instructed on the day’s tasks and be responsible for running your assigned section. Ie: Larder, Garnish, Sauce, Pastry section.
The chosen Chef de partie will need to have a proven track record within their previous positions with fresh food. Possibly Rosette kitchens and have a stable background.
