Their new open kitchen features a handcrafted clay pizza oven to produce their popular fresh thin crust pizza. Their legendary Arancini’s and fresh pasta dishes that are cooked to order will also be a staple on the menus. Of course, the ingredients will be top-notch and will need a talented chef’s attention and skill.
My Client has a vacancy for a chef looking to join a very talented, stable kitchen team. They produce quality fresh food, sustainable and locally sourced. They are not after Rosettes and all the accolades. But they are driven to provide their customers with great food and service. They receive great feedback from customers in the community and have an excellent reputation on social media sites.
The chosen Chef will work closely with the other chefs in managing the day-to-day running of the new kitchen. Depending on your experience, maybe left to be in charge of a function or run the restaurant. As Chef, you will have the open opportunity to have your ideas on the menu. The menu changes often and reflects the seasons while utilizing classic and current techniques. Not only do they have the restaurant. Again, they are active in pop up events throughout the year, such as food festivals, City and charity events. So there is variety within the team to grow and be an integral part of the team.

£10-13 per hour depending on experience. (Negotiable )
